How purchased video rights are delivered and what happens when a render fails.
OtoVideo is a software service for producing narrated 1080p vehicle presentation videos from photos. Video-production packages add a stated number of production rights to your account.
Packages are digital; no physical shipment is made. After a successful card payment through iyzico, purchased rights are credited to the buyer's account. Bank-transfer orders, where offered, are credited after payment is received and approved. Completed MP4 videos are available for download in the dashboard.
The Turkish distance-sales rules include an exception for services performed immediately in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered immediately. The applicable exception and any statutory rights depend on the circumstances of the order. Contact support if you believe a charge or delivery is incorrect.
If a render fails because of a platform or server error, the charged video right is restored automatically. For a duplicate charge or rights not credited after payment, email [email protected] with the order reference so the payment records can be reviewed.
